Sohrab Gollogly, MD is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and Fellowship-trained spine surgeon who also performs scientific research and participates in several volunteer surgical organizations.
Dr. Gollogly completed his undergraduate education in biology at Reed College in Portland, Ore. He earned his medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine and completed an internship and residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Utah.
In 2004, Dr. Gollogly completed a Fellowship in pediatric spine surgery at San Diego Children’s Hospital after a Fellowship in spine surgery at Centre Des Massues in Lyon, France.
Dr. Gollogly has appointments at the Community Hospital of Monterey Peninsula and the Monterey Peninsula Surgery Centers. He enjoys a wide variety of outdoor activities on California’s Central Coast.

A westerner by birth, Tom Wilson received his undergraduate degree from Utah State University and a Masters at the U.C. Berkeley Hospital Administration program. His early career centered in hospital management and he rose to become the CEO of a teaching hospital. Mr. Wilson’s emphasis shifted to outpatient facility management when he became the Group-Vice President for a large hospital management company directing their ambulatory surgery centers national division. In 1990 he purchased three ASCs and subsequently expanded the company to 18 facilities and took the company public. In 1995, the firm was purchased.

Dr. Steve Miller joined Express Scripts in 2005. An international speaker and author of more than 80 scientific articles, Dr. Miller is recognized for his research in the areas of acute renal failure, transplantation, hypertension and healthcare economics. Dr. Miller has been actively involved in the development of Express Scripts clinical programs supporting the use of generic pharmaceuticals and specialty medications. He serves as a leader in the promotion of legislation to create a pathway at the FDA for regulation of biosimilars.
Dr. Miller earned his medical degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He received additional training in the Pathology and Research Fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham and in cardiology at the University of California, San Francisco. In 1988 he joined Washington University School of Medicine as a fellow in Nephrology/Hypertension and Transplantation. He remained on the faculty, becoming the Vice President and Chief Medical Officer for the institution. In addition to his medical education, Dr. Miller earned his MBA at the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis.

What is CPHCC?
Patrick Prezioso began his career in 1970 as a Classified employee at Alhambra City School District. In 1975 Patrick became a Labor Relations Representative, working in the San Gabriel Valley area recruiting members, improving and expanding the rights of classified school employees, securing benefits, pensions, protections and funding for the service they provide. Patrick also worked on organizing and mobilizing for political action and advocates on the CSEA members behalf. After 10 years of working as a Labor Relations Representative, Patrick became the CSEA Field Director in the Orange County Field Office remained there until he retires in 2012.
Patrick was a Founding Board Member for many Employee Benefits organizations, such as California Purchasers Health Care Coalition (CPHCC), Southern California Employer-Employee Trust (SCEET) and Southern California Voluntary Employee Benefits Association (SCVEBA). He was also a very involved Board Member for Controlling Insurance Costs in California Schools (CICCS) and Metropolitan Employee Benefits Association, MEBA (CSBT).
